Shipping policy

Here at Synner, we attempt our best to ship out all orders in a reasonable time frame, and will always ship out on the earliest date possible to ensure the customer's satisfaction. When an order has been place and fully processed it can not be adjusted or canceled.

Allow 1-5 weeks for product arrival at warehouse. We constantly update shipment progress on our Instagram.

When PRE-ORDERS are available for purchase, additional time will be needed for production and shipping to take place. Shipping times can vary from 4-9 Weeks, as there can be unexpected delays during pre-orders. In the occasion that in the 9 week time frame your product isn't delivered, then and only then you may request a refund.

If your order is returned to the sender for any reason, we cannot accept responsibility. If the package needs to be reshipped, the customer will need to purchase a label and provide it to us via email (r.synner.la@gmail.com), we will attempt to get back to you as soon as possible.

International customer may be subject to duties and fees, which are not in my control. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees and do not know how to calculate the charge before placing your order. These fees will be charged to you upon the arrival of your order. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional fees will be prior to placing your order.

We are not liable for any packages that are stolen or lost during shipment. Once the package has been registered in the by a postal; provider it is under their jurisdiction and is no longer our responsibility.

If your package is marked as delivered but you are yet to get it delivered, we recommend you open an investigation with your carrier.
